<description><![CDATA[Okay, you're right....these ARE NOT beads!  But they are my favorite critters to find on my dives and photograph.  I captured these images on my lastest trip to Santa Barbara Island.  They are called nudibranchs which, in translation means &quot;nude snail&quot; or &quot;slug&quot;.  These slugs do not have a visible shell, although some have them on the inside of their bodies.  But with out getting to scientific, here are a few of the more commonly seen nudis and a flat worm with a brief description.  Click on the pic for more info.  ]]></description>
