Tropical Tree Frog!

The tree frogs commonly seen in the rainforest are bright and colorful. They tend to sit quietly on a tree branch, waiting for a snack to fly or crawl by. This little fellow is doing just that....hanging out....waiting. The natural grain look on the base is made from a combination of ivory glass with fine silver leaf.

The tree frog measures approximately 34 mm tall. The hole, which runs vertically, was created on a 3/32nd mandrel.
