Most of the beads, bead sets and jewelry you see on my website are pieces that are no longer available. The reason for this is because I am now doing so many shows, it is really tough to keep up with the website! By the time I photograph everything, write it up and post it, I am going to another show....where it most likely will sell.
This is time I could have been making beads...and let’s face it, that's more important!
So I hope that will explain why beads are not a paypal click away.
And here is the “new” news...I have always been happy to take custom orders, including fish, frogs, kitties and shells. Unfortunately, right now I'm really backed up with rebuilding my stock for shows, so I have to stop taking custom orders for a while. But if the custom bead you are interested in is a design I make often, I might possibly have it in stock. It can’t hurt to ask!
I remember when I first started making beads and would look at other glass artists websites. Sometimes I would read one that said “no longer accepting custom orders”. Being new to the craft, I just thought they were tired or bored....but now I know, they were just too busy! So I keep taking on new orders and find myself so overwhelmed with a “beads I have to make list”, that I am losing time to just be creative!
I always have an inventory of beads...shells, frogs and fish, etc. I just don’t have the time to post it all. Email me and ask what I have!
Payment for beads is easiest through paypal. Contact me, and I will email a quote, and if that's acceptable, send you a paypal invoice. If for some reason you do not like paypal, we can make other arrangements.
