I have played with beaded jewelry for years have always been attracted to glass beads. Thanks to too much time on the internet, I became more interested in exactly how glass beads were made, so I did some research. I found a glass studio in San Diego and signed up for a workshop immediately. I have been even more obsessed with glass ever since!
I have had the opportunity to take classes from many incredibly talented artists, like Deb Crowley, Sharon Peters, Leah Fairbanks, Andrea Guarino, Jen Geldard, the Italian Master, Vittorio Constantini and most recently, Michael Barley and Wes Fleming. I am proud to have had some of my work published in Bead Unique, Step-by-Step Beads, The Flow and the 2006 Bead Review and the 2008 Art Glass calendar. (Food Chain was "miss April")
Many of my experiences and photos from diving are my inspiration for my glass art. I believe this shows quite a bit with my critters.

September 10, 2010 we lost our darling Baby kitty and then January 28, 2011, we said goodbye to her sister, Truffles. They both had an amazing, long life and brought us much joy and warmth. They both will forever hold a piece of our hearts. We know you are both snuggled up together, and at peace. We miss you so much.
